  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with applications and changes.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Required to get Property & Casualty Insurance licensing as well as Life and Health.
